VisionMakers is a company created in 2001 by Helen Crompton the company was set up to meet the demand made upon herself to design more web sites for companies and schools, mainly from people who knew they wanted a web site, but were unsure what the content should include and how to design and publish the web site.  VisionMakers was set up to take away all the hassles of building a web site, one to one consultation is given with tips and advice, once we know what you want from the Web Site, we set up and design your site.
The next problem people found was how to choose a domain name i.e. www.VisionMakers.co.uk and what company to use to host their web site.  Although it will be through a separate company, VisionMakers can liaise on your behalf.

More and more people are relying on the internet for instant information on companies/schools etc. and what they have to offer.  Many people are including their web address on everything, as they know that they can get a lot more information to the public via this visual media.

In 2005 Helen Crompton started to also work as a consultant, this again was due to the demand, from Headteachers wanting Power Point Presentations for Headteachers meetings or to use as a feature in the entrance to School, to Schools wanting advice on good practice in school with what to buy, how to use it effectively and what the schools needs to pass the 'Naacemark' /  'The National ICT Mark' standards.
